In his address to Tendupatta Bonus Tihaar organized in village Dohna of Balrampur-Ramanujganj district today, Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh said that under Soochna Kranti Yojana (SKY), nearly 55 lakh people of state will be provided smart phones free of cost. These smart phones will have information regarding all schemes of State Government and also the application forms for various welfare schemes, which the beneficiaries will be able to download and apply for the scheme from their phones.
